§ 10-153. Civil penalties and fees for violation of this chapter; no contest.

(a)

Civil penalties imposed pursuant to this chapter shall be independent of, and in addition to, any impoundment fees and other expenses. Any person cited for a civil infraction by an officer for a violation of this chapter who elects not to contest the citation shall be subject to the penalties in this section.

(b)

The initial civil penalties and fees established pursuant to this chapter are contained in Appendix A, and incorporated herein by reference. The board is specifically authorized to amend Appendix A by resolution of the board.
