§ 10-5. Resolution fixing charges, fees, fines, and penalties.

The board may, by appropriate resolution, fix charges for impounding of animals under the provisions of this chapter, and fix fees, fines, and penalties for violation of this chapter. Such resolution shall be established by the board and shall be on file with the clerk to the board.
