§ 10-10. Civil responsibility for damage.

Any actual physical injury or damage to any person or property shall be deemed to be unlawful and the owner of said animal shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall be responsible for the damage or injury caused including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by an injured party enforcing his rights under this chapter.
